Ztrax was developed after seeing a need for more traction on zero turn mowers in extreme and industrial conditions with the ability to switch back to the original tires in a number of minutes. These kits eliminate the possibility of having a flat due to a punctured tire, adds traction and flotation for wet and sandy soils, and greatly increases traction when mowing on steep inclines.

NOTICE: It is recommended that Ztrax not be installed on machines with less than 35hp engines due to the amount of increased weight and traction.

Ztrax is the latest aftermarket accessory for your commercial zero turn mower for more traction in extreme and industrial conditions. Our design utilizes one single tensioner roller per side which has one set of bearings unlike other track drive systems that have numerous idler rollers, bearings, and seals that are extremely expensive to replace. The rear facing tensioner roller is mounted on a torsion suspension system which allows shock absorption when traveling over rough terrain and uneven surfaces to maximize traction and operator comfort. Our tracks are manufactured with continuous steel belts and steel drive lugs impregnated inside the rubber to withstand the most extreme conditions without breaking or delamination occurring. One major feature of having Z-Trax over a track driven only machine is that you can easily remove the tracks and switch back to the factory tires in minutes!
